What was the highlight of O2 Apartment - Linsen Branch
Average
+Location: acceptable. Approx 5-7mins to bus station and 10 mins to MRT station. Easy to connect place to place. Easy to find the location via google map. +Room: ok. I saw some bad comments about small room, but my room was enough to stay ( room 1211 ). +Lift: To me, it is ok when they do not have a lift. I can understand because it looks like a home and they design room for rent. +Facilities: They should arrange staff to clean room daily. +Staff: he should know more English to communicate with guests, but his friendliness were ok.
Big minus: Soundproofing is very bad. If you stay near next room with nice people, it is ok. But it is terrible when you're so tired after long day, want to relax but people next room just keep talking, joking so loud. I met that situation on last night. Some new guests arrived and they chose to talk with their friend/family on phone in the lobby at 1AM ( lobby is too small for sure ). After my remind, they went to room and kept talking and joking. If the soundproofing is good, I can not say anything. But it is too bad so I can heard all converstation, listened to their talk,... It is terrible at 2AM.

Clean, comfortable, affordable room for singles or couples who aren’t too fussed on fancy hotels.
Host was very friendly and helpful. Spacious room, very good air con, the tv and desk is a good bonus. Bed was ok, bathroom facilities were good and clean, washing machine was very useful. Good that there is a mini fridge and kettle too! Felt very safe and secure with the security system. Great location for tourists who enjoy being in walking distance to attractions. Lots of street food, good cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. You can just walk around and find something to eat very easily. Plus there is a karaoke bar next door!
There were a few mosquitoes flying around so maybe an extra fly net on the bathroom window would be good, the stairwell smelled badly of cigarettes, but if you hold your breath for a minute it’s ok! It was difficult to find only because google showed the wrong adress.

They don't clean ur room during the staying period, don't allow to change your bedsheets, internal one-time slipper and rag even it's alrdy dirty.

2nd time here as it was for a business trip.
2nd time here as it was for a business trip. As usual the place is convenient, located near to Zhongshan, Shandao and Taipei Main Station. A lot of eating places nearby and 3 convenient stores within a stone’s throw away.
The room I got this time round didn’t have a window in the toilet, that’s ok as it had a internal ventilation fan. I left the windows closed as the weather was pretty cold but realise it caused the bedsheets to end up slightly musky. Walls are thin so do keep your volume down after 10pm.
